My contact form works rather well, minus some hiccups from some recent Wordpress upgrades. I'm using the Wordpress Contact Form from Ryan Duff. It had some bugs when upgrading with the Pages list and some other attributes in older versions of Wordpress, but to my knowledge, they have all been worked out and the plug-in works nicely with the interface and allows for extensibility.

Not a bad template. I need to upgrade wordpress in the near future.

How is the contact form working? I had one plugin but my webhost suspended my account for a short while because the plugin could not handle spam.

Which plugin are you using, and, is it effective? My wish would be to find a contact form plugin that uses the visual 'enter code' function to keep spam at bay.
