Again, I am a huge fan of Maker’s Mark bourbon and a member of their ambassadors club, The Maker’s Mark Embassy. They sent along another mailing with a recipe for Nancy’s Corn Dip. I couldn’t pass up on posting this. Enjoy!
- 2 cups Monterey Jack & Colby cheese mixture (comes packaged that way in cheese section)
- 2 cups Mayo
- 1 cup fresh Parmesan
- Two 11 oz. cans of Mexicorn (in vegetable section with the corn)
- 2 oz. can of jalapenos
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Frito’s scoops. Enjoy with some football!
